Elviria Apartment Renovation – Compact Comfort with Character
This renovation project in Elviria, Marbella focused on transforming an outdated and dark apartment into a bright and serene living space for an elderly couple. The design aimed to create a sense of openness and calm through light materials and natural textures.
A key intervention was opening up the kitchen by removing a wall, introducing a seamless connection between the living and dining areas. The new kitchen features sleek white cabinetry, mirrored backsplashes to enhance light, and a warm wooden island that anchors the space.
Throughout the apartment, we used soft neutral tones, comfortable furnishings, and clean lines to bring a sense of refined simplicity to every corner.
