Interior Redesign of a Frontline Golf Villa in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella
This project involved the interior transformation of a large multi-bedroom villa located in one of Marbella’s most prestigious neighborhoods — Nueva Andalucía, positioned directly on the frontline of a golf course. The villa had remarkable potential but was weighed down by outdated furnishings and an inefficient layout that concealed its charm.
Our primary focus was to enhance the spatial quality of the house while maintaining the existing structure. On the lower level, we transformed one of the larger rooms into a private cinema and restructured the floor plan to create an independent three-bedroom apartment with its own living area and kitchen. We also redesigned the swimming pool and redefined the terrace areas to strengthen the connection between indoor and outdoor living.
The design concept centered around highlighting the villa’s unique natural backdrop — a lush, expansive golf landscape. Every material, texture, and furnishing was selected to support this visual narrative. The interiors were intentionally kept calm and elegant, so that the exterior views could take center stage. Even the artworks were custom-painted for each wall, designed to echo the mood of the surrounding landscape and harmonize with the ambient light and adjacent furniture.
The overall aesthetic strikes a balance between Mediterranean classicism and modern sophistication, offering a warm, refined, and comfortable atmosphere. This project is a celebration of understated elegance, where every element was carefully tailored to let the villa’s location and light become part of the interior design itself — creating a timeless home at the heart of golf-side Marbella.
